Effective October 7, 2026

These terms cover playing Pearl Tide and the things you can buy in it. By playing, you agree to them.

The game

Pearl Tide is licensed to you for your own personal use, not sold. On iPhone, Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies; on Android, the Google Play Terms of Service do. Where these terms say more, they apply too.

Pearls and in-game items

• Pearls, outfits, furniture, companions and everything else in the game are part of the game. They have no cash value and can't be sold, traded, transferred or exchanged for real money.
• Purchases are made through the App Store or Google Play, under their terms. Refunds are theirs to give; see Refunds.
• Early access to a holiday collection makes it yours before its holiday. Each collection also comes to the wardrobe for pearls on its holiday.

Your progress

Your game is saved on your device. Deleting the app deletes your progress, and we can't recover it. Early access and companion packs can be restored with Restore purchases; pearls can't.

Changes to the game

We keep improving Pearl Tide, and may add, change or retire parts of it. If something you bought is retired, we'll make it right.

The game as it is

We work hard to keep Pearl Tide running smoothly, but we provide it as it is and can't promise it will always be free of problems. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or incidental losses from playing it.

How the game uses information is in the privacy policy.

Changes to these terms

If these terms change, the new version will be posted here with a new effective date.
